1, The machine is ladder-type 2 layers grate magnet belong to model FNS-CLJ-22;
2, The 2-layer grate magnet consist of 9 strong Neodymium magnet tubes and stainless steel material;
The stainless steel material can be choose for 304 or 316 in grate magnet;
3, The standard diameter we supply is D18, D20, D25, ect. It’s size and length will vary at your request.
4, As a layers iron remover, grate magnet has a high magnetic performance up to 12000GS;
5, The layer magnets grate suit to insall in plastic machinery (like plastic injection molding machine,
extrusion machine) hopper point , to remove iron material;
6, The ladder-type layer iron remover also can be designed and product for round grate magnet.
